  1. I like it. The pink toes are very distracting tho. I like the multichromatic look very much. I would focus the colour on areas you wish to draw attention to, though. Right now it looks very diffuse with no one area.
  2. Neither are the Sukhois nor the Ospreys fast enough nor do they have long enough legs to be the xcom craft. The xcom aircraft have performance and capabilities almost as if they were ripped out of the pages of some 1960s popular mechanics magazine. I think the closest thing to the interceptor up there would be like some twin engined yak-141 type aircraft, with the pulse wave detonation engines that are theorized to power the mythical senior citizen 'aurora' aircraft. As for the plasma stealth, that's been floating around the internet for quite some time. A paper was first published about it in the 1950s. Then again, plans for flying saucers were found in post war germany, and Avro Canada tried to make a flying saucer like aircraft in the 50s and nothing came of it. Further, different aerospace companies at different times have tried to make plasma stealth work and despite 50 years of technical advancement, there is still nothing. I severely doubt that plasma stealth is about to break out in a big way.
  3. I think the highlights above the plate carriers are overstated quite a bit in terms of intensity and / or vertical thickness. They give the impression of large bevelled ramps down the chest, which cannot be substantiated by the silhouette. The overall effect is inconsistent. I like quite a lot what you have done with the face, however.
  4. Despite all the map areas having "floorplans" that went with the actual map files that seemed to have some kind of nodes to indicate importance? There you go, second hand from the devs themselves. Now, when I said UFO AI I mean the original AI in UFO:Enemy Unknown (XCOM), not UFO AI (UFO: Alien Invasion)... or UFO Al... or any of those After* games... if you know what I mean.
  5. Potentially spoiling the romance surrounding the issue, I've *heard* that the ai in ufo was basically random. It would move around.. and when it saw a badguy (which of course is a complicated matter itself), it would shoot at it. The moves that it makes around the board, though, are not according to any kind of plan, it just moves around.

    No Alien version? if this is the Alien version, why does it have an x-corps logo? AWD has no control over what we make. We have an absolute list of assets to work from. How and when it's made are the factors we control. I hope this clears up some present and future confusion. I don't see how that is relevant to my question. I thought you were wondering if the alien and human versions were the same model. I was pointing out to you that whether they were or were not is not our call. I see that you just thought that Vaaish was stupid. My mistake.
