[NKF] Posted September 20, 2007 Share Posted September 20, 2007 (edited) It's not the actual number of posts that you have that counts. Basically, you have to earn the priviledge. What counts is that you build up a reputation for yourself by being civil with the other forum members and participate in the discussions. It's a social thing. Posting more just means you should interact more with others. If the moderators find that you are trustworthy and there is a need, some internal discussion might very well take place and you could get an offer to become a moderator. We're lucky as we've got a fairly good community here despite a few petty arguments, so there isn't a lot of damage control to worry about.
