I also have this problem. I do believe it has something to do with your graphics drivers... I have to use old graphics drivers with my modern card to be able to run Xcom, only when I do the screen is "milky" and out of focus. A real headache. If I change my drivers the game comes into focus but runs at lightning speed. I refuse to use mo'slo or turbo because they don't work for one thing. I'm using the Gold edition of Xcom XP from home of the underdogs. It comes patched... Hope someone can help. I can change it buy using D3D windower but then I can't use Xcomutil!!! Man this game comes with its fair share of problems

I have the Gold edition or CE edition of Xcom, I can't find any .ini file. Would you know where it might be?

Hello seb. I see it has been nearly 7 months since you last posted so I hope you get this. Do you know of, or could possible make a patch or mod that enables one to play around with or change the games resolution? My games runs perfectly (Xcom CE edition XP) but is "fuzzy" or almost out of focus. Blurry. Ever heard of this? I just need to revert back to good old 640x480 xcom. Hope someone can help me.
